Great place to eat. Good food at a very good price. You can go here for lunch, have warm fresh food, white table clothes and napkins for not much more than what a fast food place would cost. Friendly staff. The soups are great and the warm fish or steak panini always are good. The chef is friendly and this place is family owned. Nice bar for after work drink or business meeting. "Went Last Night and It was Excellent!" 618 is right down the street from our house and we had no idea it was even there! The decor is really warm and soothing and our meals were made to perfection. Our entrees were varied..chopped salad and house salad were both excellent; red snapper, veal and lamb were cooked just to order and the wine we ordered, Barossa was delicious. None of us had dessert, so I can't speak to those. I highly recommend 618 to others. -B. Stacy 2/28/2010
I had a wonderful salad at your restaurant today -- the spinach, shrimp, sesame one with mandarin oranges, strawberries, and pomegranate dressing. And by the way, not only was the salad terrific, but your waitstaff was excellent. A very nice lunchtime dining experience!

"Very Pleasant Experience" I've had pleasant experiences at both lunch and dinner at the new 618 Bistro. What attention we got from the server here. The tiramisu is outstanding, of course, as was the veal and house salad, with the fruit, cranberries, gorgonzola and perfectly flavored vinagrette. I love this place. "Attention to detail + great people" having gone in to just get a bite of 618's phenomenal bread pudding, I decided to stay for a meal and dessert b/c the staff were so hospitable and menu so reasonable for the unique line up. I had superior service and truly enjoyed the lamb. I will be back to eat with the new 618 friends I made. -Dan R 1/16/2010

"Amazing Food & Service" I have been to the Bistro four or five times now and every single time the food and service have been amazing. I recently brought in my client, the Carolina Hurricanes and my client LOVED the food and thought the place had tons of character. He had the Nicoise plate & soup de jour and I had the Mango, Chicken and Avocado salad with the soup de jour. It was very flavorful and priced just right for lunch. I loved their attention to detail and the manager came over several times to check on us as well as our server, Jonathan. My client said he would definitely be back and plans on telling his folks at the arena about it too. I think this place is a hidden gem & I hope word of mouth spreads quickly b/c I love this place! -Shelley K 2/1/2010
